HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer

While trying to self-diagnose a wireless connection problem with my HP ENVY 6055e printer, I ended up unsuccessfully going through numerous iterations through numerous levels of HP tech support menus, all from within a single login to my HP Smart account.

One page surprised me by saying my printer warranty coverage has expired. But further on, another told me I still have Care Pack coverage over the next 6 months & 14 days (about 2 years after I purchased this printer).  What gives?

BTW, I indicated OTHER operating system because your Operating System dropdown menu does not include my MAC Sonoma 14.6.1. Has HP stopped supporting troubleshooting of 6000e series printers wirelessly running on and/or being accessed from Apple devices? Have all the bugs finally been worked out since last year re. an alleged incompatibility between Apple's original Sonoma OS and ENVY wireless printers?

Aha! I found another coverage reference that says my printer's factory coverage has expired, but my extended coverage still has 6+ months left on it. The webpage I initially saw the expired coverage notice on did not elaborate that it was only the factory coverage that had expired. Now all I have to figure out is how/where to quickly locate the fine print in the factory and extended warranty policies, which is gonna take me back again to laboriously wade through HP's tech support labyrinth of numerous deep menu levels.
