HI I have an issue with all new printer form this series (4001-4101) in fact. I unpack the brand new printers and start the setup. All printers are connected via Ethernet no Wifi on any of our printers. I choose the language and region and so on until I reached the home screen. Then I open the web interface and enter the PIN to set a static IP and change the printer's name. I then reconnect to the web interface using the new IP address but then when I want to modify any settings I get this message: "A custom printer password has been set. Enter the password or contact your IT administrator to access the printer's web interface." Problem is I didn't set an admin password yet so I'm basically locked out of the printer web interface. I've done cold resets multiple times and redone the setup. Sometimes it works after this and I can use the PIN and don't get the message mentionned above but most of the time I must do cold resets 4-5 time before it finally stops giving me the message. Previous series didn't have this issue.I don't know if my setup sequence is incorrect. Does anyone have seen the same issue and if so, a solution?
