HP Recommended

Called and asked for simple WiFi printer connection solution. Was told it costs $19.99 for help because I didn’t register printer/pay for their warranty. Unacceptable. Just google “how to…” and then your problem. This “customer service” model is just designed to take your money for something you can Google for free. Scam.
