HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer

I have a issue. I had to cancel the Instant Ink plan, because of the 2 printers. Now HP Smart app online(website) and on the computer-app, is not allowing me to delete both printers, so I can start over. Here is the picture of them. I have tried to do the manage the printers, by deleting them. But they will not disappear. The one says it is not connected to the internet. Even though it is. And the other is connected to the internet. I only have 1 printer... I think both are the same printer. But how do I delete both, to clear out the "settings' on both. And then re-install just the one printer...  That is the serial number of the printer that I have... Please let me know what I need to do to resolve this issue....
