I accidentally set up Wifi direct and now I cannot get the wireless network HP=Setup<96_ENVY off my computer and therefore cannot link the printer to my normal BT wifi connection. I have forgotten the network several times but it immediately comes back and when I try to hook the printer up to BT network it just wants to get onto the Wifi direct one. I've had a look at what I can find on Google and it seems it might be a Microsoft bug, its impossible to get rid of it. Any ideas? Currently I cannot print wirelessly. Thank you.

Hi,
this is not a wireless direct connection, but a Wi-Fi Setup mode following a wireless network restore, this will vanish after 2 hours if a wireless connection is used, so please allow it some time (meant to allow an auto wireless setup (and therefore the name Setup and not Direct), unless you disable the wireless radio with a short press on the small wi-fi button on the back (assuming that wi-fi is not used, then it should change the light pattern.
To turn off Wi-Fi Direct see below guidelines and which light patterns is shown to indicate the Wi-fi Direct connection is off:
