Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hi all - I recently started using a Deskjey 2700e.  Today I printed several files, and then in the middle of one job the printer simply stopped and won't connect to wifi anymore.  I've tried everything in terms of resetting routers and the printer itself but it simply won't connect and just has the flashing blue light.

 

I print both from a PC running the latest version of windows, as well as a mac running the latest OS.  Never had an issue to date and am very confused why it just stopped working all of a sudden. 

 

Any tips or advice?
