I have been trying to connect this printer after replacing my modem/router but the printer doesn’t connect to the Wi-Fi. I have been trying multiple ways that found on the HP site but nothing is helpful. Spent more than 12 hours with this issue. So disappointed with HP product.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I understand that you are unable to connect to Wifi. I'd like to help!

 

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:


Do you get an error message when trying to connect to the Wi-Fi?
Are you connecting the printer to a 2.4Ghz network or a 5Ghz network?

 

What device are you using the printer with a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or iPhone?


How is the printer connected to USB or Wireless? 
What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
