Product: HP Deskjet 3052A e-All-in-One Printer - J611g

Trying to change my printer connection from USB to Wireless.  WPS connection keeps failing using either push button or PIN.  Also tried to manually add using HP Printer setup (Convert a USB connected printer to wireless).  Consistently fails.  VPN is turned off.  Router and PC are on the same wireless network.  Windows 11.  Latest printer drivers are installed.
