I just recently got a new router and now when I try and connect my printer to my router it says that the device is connected and it lists the MAC of the printer but the printer continues to "Connect to the network". After about a minute of connecting it will result in a WPS error. Is there some kind of setting that I can try changing in my router to make it connect?

Hi @PeterGion,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are unable to connect the printer to the network.
To assist better -
- I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
- What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
Keep me posted.

The printer supports only a 2.4GHz network.
Do you have a USB cable to connect between the printer and the mac?
Could you also print and share the wireless test page?
1. Press the Wireless button to display the Wireless Menu.
2. From the Wireless Menu, select Print Reports.
3. From the Print Reports menu select Wireless Test.
Let me know!

Yes I do have a cable to connect to it, and I tried to connect to my router again and it failed so I printed the report page and it said that the radio was off. So I went ahead and I turned it on and tried to reconnect (I know that this was right because I saw the blinking blue light), this also failed and I printed another report and it said the exact same thing. I wanted to be 100% sure that this was the same thing that you had said with the "wireless test page" so I printed it again a third time and I got the exact same results.
As you can see it does see my wireless network but it claims that the radios are off even though they aren't.

I was able to check the report, it says wireless ON failed.
Seems like the wireless card on the printer isn't working, I'd suggest you contact HP support in your region regarding the service options for your printer
Follow the instructions below to reach them:
1) Click on this link - https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6)Fill the web-form and proceed further.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Have a great day!
