Product: HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

We changed our WiFi to a different company and now we can not get our desk-jet 3700 to connect to the WiFi. I have done all the things. Restarted all devices, tried all 3 suggested methods to connect the printer to the WiFi and I can NOT get it to connect!  And because we do hpink I can’t even print directly. Any ideas?

I understand that you are facing connectivity issues. I’d like to help!

 

Make sure, your printer and your device are on the same network as 2.4GHZ only. 

 

Refer to the documents below and see if that works. 

 

Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change

Troubleshoot a Wi-Fi connection to an HP printer

Try updating the firmware if available for your current OS. Click here
