Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

I bought a Deskjet 4155, All-In-One to use with my Linux Mint and Windows 10.  When I set it up, it worked fine, then Texas went dark for 3 days.  Since then, neither of my wireless printers will work wirelessly, although both show they are connected to the modem/router.  That, by the way seems to work fine for my computers and Roku.  When I try to set up the HP Smart app, it says they aren't connected.  They both print when hardwired.  How can they be connected and not connected?  I'm really upset, since I have an Epson, which works when wired (but also not working wirelessly) to the desktop, but I use the laptop mostly, and don't want to be wired.

Thanks for your help.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Try a Reset of the wireless and connect again.
