I am printing to deskjet printer but nothing comes out. It is online and Wi-Fi light is on blue. I can sent a printer test page to it but nothing else. It’s not showing as sent to queue on hp smart either. I have reset everything and turned everything off. I was printing and it took a black page through part way then just stopped.
