Read all the post on a deskjet2722  mine wouldn't connect to the internet. Only way I could fix it was connect it to a USB cable to my computer an down load all support drivers an firmware. What I did notice is the original ip address for the printer had changed when I started researching the problem. It was hooked up to my wifi for a year . After all the down loads a updates , the ip address changed again . I had to uninstall all my app on my devices an reinstall them an set printer up as a new install an it worked as it use to . This isn't one of Hp. Better ideals of printer wouldn't recommend it to a enemy
