My Deskjet3522 won't scan to my MacBook Air wirelessly, but it will scan from my MacBook Air to the Deskjet 3522 wirelessly.  I made sure both the laptop and printer are on the same wifi. Not sure how to fix the glitch. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Vhinders,

I'd like to help!

Try the below suggestions-

  1. Turn the printer off, and then on.

  2. On the Mac, open Finder , click Go in the top menu bar, and then click Applications.

  3. Double-click the HP folder, and then double-click HP Utility.

    NOTE:

If you cannot find HP Utility, try scanning with another app or method, such as HP Easy Scan or Scan to Email.

  4. Click All Settings, click Scan to Computer, and then select the box next to Enable Scan to Computer.

Enable scan to computer in HP Utility

  5. On the printer control panel, navigate to the scan menu or icon, and then select your computer name.

  6. Start a scan job.

    • If you can scan, the issue is resolved.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
