Devices can’t find HP Laserjet over wifi

We have a perfectly functioning printer that recently I can’t connect to for wifi printing. We’ve been wifi printing for years and suddenly all our devices cannot find the printer over the same wifi network. 

I ran onboard diagnostics and the test report returned normal. The printer is connected to the home wifi. Our devices (iPhones and laptops) do not find the printer over the same wifi. 

I reset the network settings and then reset the printer to factory settings and reconnected to wifi to no avail. Our devices are verified connected to the same network. I power cycled them all and that didn’t help. It doesn’t connect to HP Smart app since no computer can find the printer over wifi. I cannot connect via IP address either. 

Of course HP phone support is no help. They just want us to buy a new printer (surprise). But the printer works perfectly fine other than no longer communicating with our devices. 

So bottom line is all devices work as normal and are connected to wifi. Printer is on same wifi and nothing apparently shows wrong however no device can recognize the printer. 

Anything else we can try?

It seems I can’t delete this question since I was able to resolve it. I reset our router per suggestion from a similar question and that did the trick
