I need to disable TLS 1.0 for security purposes on 2 HP M477fnw printers. Normally this would be done in the Networking -> Secure Communications section on the printer web page, however this model printer does not appear to have that setting anywhere. I am logged in to the web page as an admin and the printers are on the latest firmware version. 

 

I have also tried to do this through WebJetAdmin, however these printers are getting a "Device Communication Error" in Webjet, which appears to be an issue with 400 series printers: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Archive-Read-Only/Web-JetAdmin-10-4-device-communication-erro...

 

However, none of the suggestions in the above thread have resolved the issue.

 

Is there any way to disable TLS on this model printer?
