Disable wifi direct print still broadcast SSID

Hi Folks,

Any idea how to disable HP 1000 broadcast direct SSID.  It already joined Wifi network I don't need a second AP,  it essentially creates a channel interference. 

I disable Direct Wifi but it still broadcasts.   Notice it is disabled and I still see SSID.

I understand that you want to disable the WiFi direct, I am glad to assist you.

Restore network settings to default settings

Press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button at the same time for at least three seconds.

On the printer control panel, press the Wi-Fi Direct button to turn on and turn off the WiFi direct.

When Wi-Fi Direct is turned on, the Wi-Fi Direct button glows steady white.
