I would like to be able to print documents from my iPhone on my HP 9015e printer. I followed the instructions on HP Smart and an email address to the printer. My question is two fold.
1. How do I print documents from my iPhone.
2. Why does the printer show it is "Disconnected from Internet."
I can print documents wirelessly from my laptop so the problem is not the wireless connection.
Any and all input will be greatly appreciated.

Are you printing wifi direct or through your home wireless? WIFI direct will work regardless of internet status. Are web services enabled on the printer? If you recently changed your router or internet provider you may need one or both of the following things
Return the printer to initial wifi connect mode. This KB article might help https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Knowledge-Base/Wi-Fi-connection-is-lost-after-router-or-netwo...
If your new WIFI is 5Ghz you will probably need to configure the 2.4Ghz channel with a unique SSID and only allow the printer to connect to that SSID as most older printers cannot communicate properly with 5Ghz to print but will look like they are connected.

I have a wifi connection to my router. I have two identical HP 9015 printers. One is five years old and ePrint works with that one. ePrint does not work on the one I purchased one month. The difference between the two is the Private PIckup switch. Private Pickup is enabled on the printer that works but not on the other printer. There does not appear to be any way to enable Private PIckup on the one that doesn't work.

I can use Print Anywhere with the older printer but not the new printer which is only one month old. Looking at the attached Print Anywhere screen shot you will see both printers have Print Anywhere enabled but only the old printer has Require Private Pickup enabled. How do I enable Require Private Pickup on the new printer?Print Anywhere
