Product: Envy Pro 6455
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 I am upgrading to a different HP printer and need to know if the HP Envy Pro 6455 has memory storage that I need to erase before reselling it? And if so, how do I erase that memory storage?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's reset the printer: 1. Lift the cartridge access door to expose the cartridge area. 2. While the cartridge access door is open, press and hold (the Power button) and Wireless button on the back of the printer for three seconds.
