HI@Jamie116,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing printing issues with the HP ENVY 5540 All-In-One Printer.
I have a few recommendations
On the printer click "Home" / "Network" / "Wireless" / "View Network Details" to find the LAN ip-address. Open a web browser and type the LAN Ip-address of the printer in the address bar. Then tick "Manual DNS Server" and change the 1st DNS to "8.8.
- At the printer control panel, press the Machine Status button.
- Touch Network Settings > TCP/IP Settings.
- Touch DNS Configuration. Touch Host Name. Type a host name.
- Touch DNS Servers. Touch Primary DNS Server, then type the server address.
- To close the screen, touch X.
Check these steps.
- Switch to a Different Browser.
- Start Your Computer in Safe Mode.
- Temporarily Disable Your Antivirus Software and Firewall.
- Disable Secondary Connections.
- Disable the Windows Peer-to-Peer Feature.
- Restart Your Router.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
