It sounds like you're having trouble downloading the scan drivers for your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301fdw.
Here are a few steps to help resolve the issue:
- Download the Correct Drivers – Make sure you're getting the latest scan drivers from HP’s official support page here.
- Use HP Smart or HP Easy Start – These tools can automatically detect and install the correct drivers for your printer.
- Check for Windows Updates – Sometimes, missing system updates can prevent drivers from installing. Go to Settings > Windows Update and install any pending updates.
- Disable Antivirus Temporarily – If turning off the firewall didn’t help, try disabling your antivirus software while installing the drivers.
- Follow HP’s Setup Guide – HP provides a step-by-step setup guide for your printer here.
