EERO Broadband has recently been installed.  Despite all efforts I cannot link my HP ENVY 5530 . It worked fine before the new installation. The blue light flashes continuously. Does this printer support WPA-AES based CCMP encryption? Any ideas?

 

Is a new printer the solution like the HP ENVY Inspire 7220e?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. Thanks for bringing this to our notice.

 

I see that you are facing issues with your system. 

 

Please note that this printer supports WPA encryption, check if the router is on the same encryption method. If using WEP or WPA-PSK+FT change it to WPA-PSK. That is the reason the router will not work.
