Product: ENVY 6000 /6032
I bought a printer last week which arrived on Friday. It is a HP Envy 6000 Series all in one printer.  I set it up following the instructions and connected to our wifi and also managed to print using wifi direct. For some reason now this has stopped working. There was also no explanation of how to claim our 5 months free instant ink for HP. This is ridiculously complicated for a printer.
I have just spent over an hour in the phone with HP going though the same setup steps again and again with a customer service representative and nothing has worked. They don't understand what is wrong either and why it is not working.
