PRINTER HAS EXPERIENCED AN UNEXPECTED CONFIGURATION PRBLEM

I Understand that you are experiencing error 0x80075B4 with your HP DeskJet 4258e All-in-One Printer, This error occurs when the Windows cannot connect to the printer or a driver/configuration issue. I would request you to please follow the steps:

 

Run Windows Update:

  • Ensure that all Windows updates are installed on your computer.
  • Go to "Check for updates" in Windows and click on "Check for updates" to install any available updates.
  • Restart your computer after the updates are installed.

Restart the Printer and Computer:

  • Turn off your printer by pressing the power button.
  • If the printer does not turn off, disconnect and then reconnect the power cord.
  • Turn the printer back on.
  • Restart your computer.

Remove and Re-add the Printer:

  • Open "Printers & scanners" in your Windows Settings.
  • Select your HP DeskJet 4258e and click on "Remove device".
  • Open the HP Smart app, right-click on your printer, and select "Hide Printer".
  • Re-add the printer in the HP Smart app by following the on-screen instructions.

Factory Reset

  • On touchscreen: Setup → Service → Restore Factory Settings.
  • Reconfigure Wi‑Fi and preferences from scratch.
