HP ENVY 5640 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi !
I've been away from home for a few days. When I returned I found an error message on my hp ENVY 5640 printer. It said to turn off and on again. I have done the requested action, several times, but the display shows a blue screen with the power symbol and a code that changes each time (for example B809CE00 or 005A1654). I tried to disconnect the power and turn it back on and sometimes the normal screen appeared, with the options (print, copy, scan), but the printer does not connect to the wifi and the blue light flashes; however after a few seconds the error message appears again.
What can I do ? Thanks in advance for your help

Hi @Clabimus,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

I understand you are receiving a "B809CE00" error on the printer screen.

We can perform a factory default on the printer to resolve the issue

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
