Product: Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M277
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I have managed to lock myself out of EWS on my computer but not sure what i have done, it's asking for user name and password but I don't remember setting them, is there a fix for this?

I understand that you  are experiencing an EWS user name and password issue, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Could you share the screen where it's asking for the password? 
  • What are the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far?
