HP DeskJet 3632 All-in-One Printer

I cannot access EWS due to a login/password that I no longer remember.  I understand that there are specific instructions to factory reset my printer that will clear the EWS login and let me start over.  Could someone please send me those instructions?

Thanks very much!

Hi @KyleJ_YYZ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To perform a factory reset on your HP DeskJet 3632 printer, you can follow the steps below.

  1. Turn on your printer and wait for it to become idle.
  2. Press and hold the wireless button and the cancel button at the same time until the power light starts to blink.
  3. Release both buttons, and the printer will start printing a network configuration page.
  4. Wait for the printer to finish printing the page and then disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
  5. Wait for 30 seconds and then reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer.
  6. Turn on the printer and wait for it to become idle.
  7. Your printer has now been reset to its factory settings.

Please note that performing a factory reset will erase all the customized settings and preferences you have set on your printer, including wireless network settings, security settings, and printer language settings. After performing a factory reset, you will need to set up your printer again, just like when you first purchased it.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
