Hello

 

Just purchased a refurbished HP DeskJet Plus 4155 All-in-One Printer. I am unable to get into the Embedded Web Server. I tried the username and password on the back of the printer. Does not work. 

 

So how to restore the printer back to the factory setting is a private thing. Can someone message me on how this is done?

Again for an HP DeskJet Plus 4155 All-in-One Printer.

Sorry I don't.

 

But I did figure out why the app wasn't working.

So for future references. It was because the printer didn't finish the setup process.

Now that it is complete. I was able to sign on to the app on my iPhone.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: Press and hold the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

 

Once done, connect to the Wi-Fi and print.
