I have a Kindle Fire HD 7. HP does not offer that app for this device.

Sorry I don't.

 

But I did figure out why the app wasn't working.

So for future references. It was because the printer didn't finish the setup process.

Now that it is complete. I was able to sign on to the app on my iPhone.
