Product: HP ENVY 5010 All-in-One Printer

Hi - I have an Envy 5010 printer which is connected to my Wi-Fi and also wireless connected to my laptop. I can scan documents fine and on the HP Smart App it shows with a Green Tick against it so I am assuming it is all connected fine - but when I try and print a document it will not print and it shows as the status is unknown?? Can anyone help please? Many Thanks
