We have 3 IoS devices on our network, Macbook pro, Macbook air and iMac. They are all up to date in terms of OS and HP drivers. The printer firmware is up to date. They are all on the same wireless network (2.4ghz) and the signal at the printer is strong. The printer is on a dedicated power socket (not an extension lead).
Almost every time we try to print from any device the printer dialogue says the printer has lost connection and we have to remove the printer and add it again in system preferences. Even that does not always work; we then have to restart to computer concerned and even restart the printer. This is wasting a huge amount of time and we have had enough. Any suggestions, please, before we bin the printer and buy a new one from a different manufacturer?
Thanks in advance.
