Envy 5530 that will not wirelessly connect to the new T Mobile gateway. works with other routers.

HP Envy 5530 not connecting to T Mobile Gateway. Printer is suggesting router may have Mac address filtering on it preventing a connection. No problems connecting with other routers. Any ideas?

Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

This printer only supports 2.4GHz.

The printer might be objecting to your router / gateway configuration.

Make sure the router is broadcasting on both 5GHz and 2.4GHz.

Create a separately named SSID network for each frequency.

Restart everything, including the router that controls the network.

Set the printer to connect to the SSID network for the 2.4GHz band.
