hp Envy 6022e

For some reason my printer has lost its wifi connection.  It's a HP Envy 6022e and has been working fine. Nothing has changed ( e.g same router, same laptop) but suddenly it just won't connect.

I have tried following the HP troubleshooting guides, but I seem to be going in a loop.  Tried using the wireless reset button on the back, pressing the WPS button on the router, and then going back into HP Smart to add the printer again, but every time it just says 'printer not available'.  Any help welcome please.

Hi there

I did not have any luck with this, so in the end I disconnected from the wifi and bought a USB cable instead.  I have been printing fine for a couple of weeks, then suddenly today I am getting this error message - 'stopped - filter failed' .   

I am not using Instant Ink any more - I don't know why this is happening.

Please any help would be appreciated.
