Envy 6032e has been working fine. A few days ago, would not print - no wireless connection.
Since then I have spent countless hours (and bits of paper and ink!) trying to follow the labyrinthine instructions on the HP web site without success.
Current symptoms are that I can get the printer into wifi mode - ie slowly pulsating purple light - but that's it. No amount of prodding and poking will get the wifi light on and the printer connected. It works fine if I connect via USB cable.
I had a similar problem about six months ago and a helpful HP contact on the phone got me to do a series of button-pushes which solved the problem. HOW DO I GET HOLD OF HIM AGAIN?!
