Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Hi my last ditch attempt, to get it to print I would be so grateful for any assistance please.  I am in the UK

 

I have been through troubleshooting, turned on turned off hub, printer etc a number of times, cancelled queue each time, no paper jams.  Yesterday uninstalled and reinstalled which seemed to go according to the instructions apart from the last end bit that says 'cannot print'

 

I have tried to speak to HP, but when they call me back they hang up immediately i pick up, so not sure what that about, having tried for most of yesterday afternoon its all rather frustrating...

 

I currently have blue light centred and blue WIFI light on (not blinking) also bottom left light paper feed changing colour.   When I try to print the printer makes some noises as if it will print and thats about it apart from the (i) then flashes until i cancel the job

On print set up the Envy 6032e is showing as an option

 

Having to go out in next 30 mins so should I not reply to any help my apologies until later,  Thank you for any assistance
