Product: Envy 6000 Series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy 6055e is constantly reverting back to offline status.  How can fix this???  This is absolutely the worst printer I have ever owned!!

Is the wireless icon on the printer panel solid blue, blinking blue or OFF?
