HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hp replaced my defective printer on April 1, 2022; it was purchased November 2021,.  Would not connect to wifi . I have tried all the suggested fix with no luck. Now when I tried to connect to hp support for the 4th time on my issue, I get message this printer is no longer offered support.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • What's the Wi-Fi light status on the Printer(Blinking or Steady)? 
  • Is your router dual-band enabled i.e., both 2.4GHz and 5GHz? If yes, make sure the dual-band has different SSIDs for 2.4G and 5G networks.
