I recently upgraded my Xfinity modem & all went good except this printer won't show as being online even though it does show the new modem in the properties.  I've rebooted both my computer (win10) and printer & tried all the instructions I could find. I've had a hp printer for over 40 years & this one really blows their reputation.

I've printed out all the helpful hints for hp 6065e only to be directed to printers that have a resume button & settings LCD, which I don't have.

If anyone can help without me having to re-install the printer, again, I'd be highly grateful.
