This printer travels with us to both of our homes. The printer was connected to our network up in Canada last week. We are now at our Florida home where this printer has connected before but it will not now. I have tried all the fixes and nothing is working. Before I go out and buy another one for here, best try with you folks

For general help for new router or printer please refer to this article in our printer database.

Please provide the exact model name of the printer for better assistance as I may be able to find videos to show how to connect or fix the problem. A printer can be a PRO or a PLUS or have the letter 'e' after the number and that can make a big difference. Some printers with the same number ID could be a LaserJet, Deskjet, or Officejet.

Many Wi-Fi problems are caused by the router having the same name (SSID) for the 2.4ghz band as the 5ghz band.  Other common problems are caused by the printer waking up from sleep and getting a different IP address from the router than the IP address the PC has for it.  It is like someone changing their phone number and not telling you.  Boosters and repeaters can assign different IP addresses depending on which one is powered up first after a power outage.
