Envy 7858
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all: We purchased the Envy 7858 a couple of weeks ago and it won't print from the web browser. I have checked every setting I can think of and it's still not printing from any website or any webpage. I called HP and they want to charge me to speak to someone because this is supposedly a web issue and not a printer issue. Mind you, my previous printer, a Canon, was printing from the web browser. Help, please. Thanks.

Which web browser are you using? Did you try with any other web browser?
