I have an HP Envy 7200e printer that has gone offline and all of the troubleshooting tips in the manual, online and in videos are not resolving. Some steps in troubleshooting direct me to do things that are not possible --such as 'click on the wifi icon on display'--well, there is NO wifi icon on display!  I have tried all the unplugging/restarting/printer/modem etc. and everything else in the house is on wifi without issue. I can't seem to find a way to connect to someone that can help with any of this and am at my wits end. The printer isn't even a year old and it was working fine previously so I have no idea what has happened but nothing in the app or online troubleshooting is resolving this.  Help!
