Product: HP ENVY Pro 6458 All-in-One Printer

This printer is used wirelessly (Wi-Fi Direct) with an iPad.  Suddenly it stopped connecting.  (It’s my mother’s). When I figured out what was going on, the printer isn’t recognizing its password.  It’s not just with the iPad, it’s with anything.  I also had the password saved in my iPhone and I can’t print to it either.  We are stuck.  No printing at all to this.

HP has no help available.  Any suggestions?
