Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting printer connectivity issues, follow these steps to fix the issue.

 

Restore the printer to the original network settings

On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least three seconds.

 

Refer to page number 27 in this user guide for the steps to connect the printer new router:- Click here
