Have envy pro 6455. Have new spectrum router and trying to configure printer to new wireless network using hp smart. Setup finds printer. On configure printer it hangs on sending network information.  Running hp smart on windows 10 laptop that's wifi connected to router. The wifi connection on laptop to spectrum router drops and shows its connected to hp=setup<98_envy pro 6400 series public network.  It just sits there spinning

Found issue.  The hp smart on laptop does not inform you to press the I button on the printer when it starts sending the network info. Found this out by using the app from my cellphone which stated to press the I button when sending network info to printer.

Restart the printer and the computer or mobile device to clear possible error conditions. Restore Wi-Fi setup mode. Most printers with a touchscreen display or menu: Open the Wireless or Setup menu, select Network setup or Settings, and then select Restore Network Settings.
