Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I understand that you are getting Error 901. I'd like to help!
May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
Meanwhile, Follow the steps below to reset network defaults
- Press Setup button
- Scroll to Wireless Menu
- Scroll down to Restore Network
- Run the Wireless Setup Wizard to reconnect the printer to your network
- Press the ePrint icon on the upper left hand of the screen
- Follow the instructions to setup ePrint
