Product: Envy 5530

Printer has just stopped working. I tried unplugging etc but it not worked. Showing code briefly B3FA07FE then just black and white vertical lines.

All I can do is to bypass the error to switch off the printer by pressing long time the power button while the device turns on.

 

Please can anyone help?
