Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Good day,

I want to "wire" my printer connection but the RJ45 connector on my Cat5 cable will fit in the ethernet port. 

I tried another cable to see if was a sizing issue with the connector, but the same issue.

I could not find any reference in the manual.

I would appreciate hearing from someone if you have solved this issue.
