Product: HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw

when I click on the printer wifi wizard ..it locates my wifi ..BUT when I try and enter in a password to connect the network password has an exclamation mark in it.  The HP Color Laser MFP 179fnw does not have an exclamation in its keyboard..help please

Try pressing the *  on the printer's keypad  if not try with #

Thank you…unfortunately that does not work either…I’ve tried all sorts of combinations but still no sign of a !
