I purchased a Laser jet Pro MFP M283fdw for my small business. Regrettably this has been one of the worse purchases that ive made in decades. I am a pretty tech savvy person, in fact my business has a slight IT background. Regardless each time I use the printer I have to call tech support of which takes hour hour plus to troubleshoot. After getting printer working it works at best 2-3 prints and im back on phone with HP going through exact same issue. It's more time consuming for me to drive to nearest UPS store and pay to print each time I need printing. I have called countless times and requested to speak to management only to be transferred and verified countless time before being transferred. My printer is currently on HP site for a settlement and ive called 4 times this weeks to gain info regarding it so that I can end this nightmare and as usual transferred with not resolution. I will never purchase nor recommend HP for any small businesses.
