I really wish I hadn’t bought this new printer. My old HP lasted for 10 years. Out of the box plug it in and go. The new 2400e has had me spending 5 days trying to get it connecting wirelessly to my MacBook running Secuoia.  It’s a new MacBook. I’ve got the printer into pairing mode. I’ve moved it next to the router. I’ve pressed the WPS button. The Quick Start (ha ha ha) software will NOT find it. Help or I’ll dump it in the rubbish.

Hi @Furee , Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

Check for the following to ensure a smooth connectivity process-

Disable the guest network, if any, as it is not compatible
Try connecting to the router
Reset network settings and try
Check the distance between the router and the printer
Check for a Firmware Update for the printer.
